Healthful Tips For A Fly Lifestyle

  • Remember that since a George Foreman® Grill cooks from both sides, the cooking time will probably be shorter than expected. Always watch your grill carefully to avoid overcooking.
  • For added flavor, add dry seasonings before grilling or marinate foods before cooking.
  • Remember that since your George Foreman® Grill has a George Tough™ Triple Nonstick Coating, you do not need to brush the plates with oil or butter before cooking. This helps reduce fat and added oil in cooked foods.
  • To prevent heat loss and for even cooking, do not open the cover of your grill frequently. This will allow heat to escape and may cause uneven results in cooking.
  • Never overfill your grill. Overfilling will simply mean food will take longer to cook and the results will not be what you expect.
  • When first cooking a particular food, check for doneness several minutes before suggested time; if necessary adjust the cooking time.
  • If cooking more than one piece of food, try to have them similar in size and thickness. This will ensure even results on cooked foods.
